Apartment building Sierra has officially reached its highest point yesterday. Designed by Orange Architects for developers Nederlandse Bouwunie and Maas Jacobs, the building will offer 154 rental apartments. As the anchor development in the area, it will feature an industrial appearance complemented by a landscaped and warm inviting heart.
