We’re thrilled to announce Jonas is nominated for the BREEAM Awards 2025! The BREEAM Awards celebrate the highest standards in sustainable building design and performance.

After winning two BREEAM Awards in 2020 for the design phase, we are proud that the sustainable promises have been fulfilled with the realization of Jonas, leading to a BREEAM Outstanding certification as only the second residential project in The Netherlands. The jury acknowledges this achievement with a nomination in two categories:

Category 2:
BREEAM New Construction Residential
