A double Win for Jonas at the BREEAM Awards 2025 last night!

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Jonas has received two major honors at the BREEAM Awards 2025:
Winner in the category ‘New Construction Residential’, where Jonas received the highest distinction, celebrating excellence in sustainable building design and performance.
And winner in the category ‘People’s Choice – Residential Building’

Following our two BREEAM Awards for Jonas in 2020 for the design phase, we’re thrilled to see our sustainable ambitions were fully recognized in the completed building.
